Facebook & Messenger

Is anyone having issues with Facebook and Messenger?  I can’t post on my timeline, groups or anything else. The pages aren’t loading correctly. The list of names on the right  for messages is blank.  I can’t open messages or notifications. I’m trying to get hold of various people so I can finish some work…I dislike…
